First tests of Joey's Canon EOS-10D for Prime-Focus Astrophotography
Scope used: 120mm f/5 refractor, FL is 600mm
M45
Exposure: 15 Seconds at 800 ISO, single exposure
Notes: No adjustments were made to this image other than resizing 25% and
saved as jpg
M1 - Crab Nebula
Exposure: 15 Seconds, 10 exposures combined. Crab nebula is faint
puff in lower right of image
Notes: Cropped. Probobly could be processed better, I'm new to relatively short
exposure processing. More exposures may have helped. Unlike the M45 shot, this one I did some brightness
and contrast adjustments
